Ready to get right for the summer or to make long-term changes for a healthier lifestyle, then meet us on the weekends starting in May for BKLYN Fitness Boot Camps. The boot camps will be held outdoors in local parks in the Downtown/Ft.Greene area of Brooklyn. We keep it fun while getting busy with a max-interval boot camp-style workout that includes a dynamic stretching warm-up and cool-down. You can expect to tone, tighten and strengthen your body.
The class is open for all fitness levels, as the trainer will modify exercises to your ability.
